After 15 years in a corporate recruitment environment, working with Technology & Environmental companies, I decided to create a solution that allows me to show up in my own way, a service-oriented way, and provide an offering to a like-minded marketplace.
You will not find a list of achievements, biggest deals or previous clients (these are available on request, but chances are I am not the recruiter for you) You will not speak to someone who is interested in propagating the “go big or go home” image of recruitment.
What you will find is a mindful recruiter who pays as much attention to the client experience as the candidate experience. You will speak to someone who knows there is a human side to recruitment that needs to be acknowledged and encouraged.
